Available this March will be two pieces by artist Laura Swink: "Solitude in Blue and Green" which is an impressionist-styled landscape, with the original available at Fine Art America. The second piece, newly titled "Stratos" is an abstract work created in acrylics and on cotton canvas.

"Stratos" is a new piece added to the collection called "Ancient Earth Series" These pieces are impressions of ethereal spacescapes mixed with the textures and surfaces of terra-firma. The combination of which creates an unusual mix of colors, textures and translucent surfaces. These paintings are best handled in acrylics against cotton canvas cloth where the use of pigment and water are allowed to mix in a controlled environment. The Ancient Earth Series has been an enormously popular series with pieces being sold all over the United States.
